From Chat Noir to Ultima
Trude Elde (32) is hired as project manager from 1 May 2010. Elde’s previous position was as at the Chat Noir theatre. She has been employed in a number of positions at the theatre and as general manager for the last three years. Apart from this, she has been working as a freelance production manager for stage shows, events and tv productions. Elde has a MA in Sociology from the University of Oslo.
- Trude has a lot of energy and initiative, and Ultima is thrilled to employ a project manager responsible for all our productions with these qualities. Her broad experience from production and administration makes her very much qualified for this job, acting festival director Lars Petter Hagen says.
Elde’s main tasks are managing and coordinating all the events of the festival productionwise and develop the collaborations with the many partners and stakeholders of the Ultima festival.
- I look forward to my new tasks after many years in the theatre business, and I think this job will be an exciting and challenging interaction with this part of cultural Norway. The staff has already done a tremendous effort with this year’s festival. Ultima has a lot of interesting experiences in store for their audience, Elde says.
