European ensemble of top-class, serves two international world premieres and works by their composer in residence Alberto Posadas.
Ensemble Court-Circuit (‘short circuit’) was formed in 1991 by com- poser Philippe Hurel and conductor Pierre- André Valade in Paris. The ensemble’s experience with scenic elements and cutting-edge electronics will find its expression in the Italian composer Mauro Lanza’s work Le nubi non scoppiano per il peso. This is a world premiere, as is Parhélies by the Italian composer Lara Morciano, who has been inspired by how different layers of the atmosphere affect the visual impression we get when we look up at the sky. The inconstant and the dynamic are fundamental ideas behind __Pri em hru_ by the Spanish composer Alberto Posadas. The title is taken from the ancient Egyptian Book of the Dead.
