Your stay
Festival hotel
Our festival hotel is Comfort Hotel Grand Central. Visiting artists and delegates will be accommodated here during the festival. The hotel is situated centrally, in Østbanehallen.
The simplest and quickest way to get from Oslo Airport to the city centre is with the Flytoget (Airport Express train) to and from Oslo Gardermoen Airport. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the platform and you can walk to the hotel entrance from there. If you would like to be met by one of our volunteers, please let us know well in advance.

Festival office
Ultima’s office is on the second floor of the Sentralen building in central Oslo, approximately five minutes walk from the hotel. The address is Sentralen, Øvre Slottsgate 3, 0157 Oslo. Opening times during the festival are daily 10–18.
Ultima Festival Hub
Vinterhagen at Sentralen is a space where you can meet and hang out with other artists, volunteers, staff and delegates. Artists get discounted drinks in Vinterhagen Bar. You need to show a festival wristband, which you can pick up at the festival office.
Transport
For environmental reasons, we encourage our artists to make use of public transport to get to and from the festival venues. You can find information and tickets at ruter.no.
Food and hospitality
The festival will provide refreshments such as coffee, tea, fruit and biscuits at many of our venues. The city also has many good cafes and restaurants. Check out Visit Oslo for tips about restaurants and activities in the city centre.

Festival programme
Ultima does not have a printed programme booklet, but you can pick up a mini programme with an overview of all the festival events at the festival office. The mini programme can also be accessed here. For more detailed information on each event, visit our programme pages.
Complementary tickets
Ultima doesn’t issue festival passes, so you need a ticket for each individual event. The number of free tickets to each event is specified in your contract. Beyond that, there is no guest list. Artists get two free tickets for an event of your own choice upon availability.

Billing
Invoices should be sent via email to: alf@ultima.no after the project is completed. Mark the invoice with production name and date.
