Stiftelsen Ultima Oslo Contemporary Music Festival (Ultima), in the person of its chief executive, is responsible for the organisation’s handling of personal data.
Ultima’s website uses localstorage to store events added to favourites.
Ultima uses Plausible.io to measure web traffic. Plausible is a privacy-first analytics service and the information is anonymised and cannot be traced to individual users. Plausible do not sell data to third parties.
Ticket sales via www.ultima.no are redirected to Ticketco, Ultima’s ticketing agency or to the venue’s own ticket agency. Payment details are not stored by Ultima.
Ultima’s newsletter provides information to members of the public who have signed up to receive information about Ultima events. Ultima stores only names and email address. The newsletter is sent out via Mailchimp.
Ultima stores personal details about our volunteers in order to ensure good communication. We save the name, email address, telephone number and special dietary needs. Volunteers often like to come back over several years, so we keep their information for 3 years. Saved data is deleted immediately if a volunteer asks us to. All data is stored in the Webbusiness logistic system.
Everyone who is registered has the right to view their own details. If you wish to view the data we have stored about you, feel free to contact us by email.
